Learn the “art of self-love” at Peninsula Bangkok

After the successful launch of Wellness Festival 2020, Peninsula Bangkok on Charoen Nakhon Road is coming with the third edition which will be held under the theme “The Art of Self-Love”, from this Friday to Sunday.

The festival will present guests with a range of holistic wellness activities, courses and workshops designed to improve their physical, mental and nutritional well-being by many renowned practitioners.

This year’s theme is maximizing well-being and understanding the benefits of self-love. Self-love is important because it is about accepting yourself and achieving happiness. The three-day celebration of health and wellness through self-love features a variety of resources to help guests achieve their fitness, mindfulness and nutrition goals.

Guests at the festival can enjoy exercise classes with renowned fitness trainers, practice meditation under the guidance of a respected mindfulness practitioner or join healthy cooking classes.

Featured classes include Mat Pilates by Juyoung Yoon; Yoga Workout by Master Mohit Kumar; Raise Your Self-Worth Workout Hayden Rhodes; Piloxing by Khun Benza Benjawan; and a traditional Chinese Tui Na therapeutic massage workshop led by Lin Xi Yuan.

Invigorating fitness and mindfulness classes such as singing bowl meditation, the sound of silence, art workshops, Muay Thai MMA training, tennis and aqua fit.

The fee is 1,500 baht per one-day pass and 2,500 baht per three-day pass (for entry to three pre-selected sessions). Prior reservation and payment in advance is required.
