- A karate point located in the middle of the edge of each hand, used during the preparatory phase of an EFT session.
- The top of the head located at the junction between two imaginary lines drawn for one between the two ears, and for the other from the nose to the base of the neck.
- The beginning of the eyebrows is located above the nasal bridges, below the base of the eyebrow.
- The corner of the eye is located under the bone of the orbit, in the outer corner.
- The under eye point is located in the center of the bone just below the eye.
- The point under the nose is located between the base of the nose and the tip of the upper lip, in the middle.
- The middle of the chin is halfway between the lower lip and the top of the chin.
- The point below the collarbones is located at the junction of the collarbone, the first rib and the sternum.
- The point under the arm is at the extension of the armpit, at the level of the bra band for women and at the level of the nipples for men.
During an EFT session, each point should be tapped between 5 and 7 times. Tapping is done using fingertips or phalanges.
